KID'S PARTIES - BABY SHOWERS - BRIDAL SHOWERS, ETC
$375 - 3 hours total - $200 refundable security deposit,
$75 cleaning fee - up to 80 guests - Closed 2-3 for cleaning
If you need more time to decorate before $100/hr. IF VENUE IS AVAILABLE.
If alcohol is present, security should be hired.
Lessee is responsible for all damages, injuries and deaths.
1ST PARTY MUST BE DONE AND CLEANED BY 2PM
$475 - 1/2 day 7 - 2 or 3 - 10 -$200 refundable security deposit,
$75 cleaning fee - up to 80 guests - Closed 2-3 for cleaning
